Job Description

Towne Park is a hospitality services company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that create smiles for millions of patients, visitors, and guests. With a focus on compassionate and attentive service, Towne Park operates in various locations where the team members have opportunities to brighten someone else's day and make a meaningful impact. As a company, Towne Park values integrity, friendliness, and professionalism, fostering a workplace environment where employees feel they are part of something bigger than just a job.

The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is a vital role that plays a direct part in crafting memorable and positive experiences for guests. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service and who want to contribute daily to the satisfaction and comfort of guests. The Guest Service Associate handles essential customer interactions such as parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting with luggage services, offering directions, providing information about local amenities, and interpreting parking rates and procedures.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills as associates are the first point of contact that guests have with Towne Park at many locations. Employees need to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times, greeting guests warmly and using their last names to personalize the interaction. This attention to detail helps build a welcoming atmosphere and generates positive impressions that reflect well on both Towne Park and the locations they serve.

The position offers an hourly base pay starting at $16 plus tips, underscoring the company’s commitment to competitive and fair compensation. The role is scheduled with open availability, allowing for flexibility across various shifts and demands. Towne Park also offers several employee benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and access to a 401k retirement savings plan. These benefits promote the health, well-being, and financial security of employees, although eligibility depends on position, length of employment, and hours worked.

The job involves both indoor and outdoor work environments, frequently requiring associates to be physically active – standing, walking, and occasionally exerting significant force to move objects. The work is often outdoors for the full duration of shifts, exposing team members to various weather conditions. Still, reasonable accommodations are made for individuals with disabilities to ensure equitable access to job functions.

Overall, Towne Park’s Guest Service Associate role is a rewarding opportunity for those aiming to deliver excellent customer service, work in a dynamic and supportive company, and earn competitive compensation with a benefits package. This role suits detail-oriented candidates with a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to perform multiple duties safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
