Currently, Crothall Healthcare is hiring for a full-time Valet Attendant position at Adventist Health Bakersfield in California. The Valet Attendant plays a vital role as the first point of contact for patients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive arrival and departure experience through safe and timely vehicle handling. This role requires providing 'World Class' valet services that emphasize customer care and safety. Responsibilities include safely driving and parking a variety of vehicles including those with automatic and manual transmissions, assisting patients with mobility by transferring them securely between their vehicle and wheelchairs, disinfecting equipment such as wheelchairs after use, and responding to hospital emergency codes. The position demands a proactive approach, as the Valet Attendant also performs general maintenance of the valet and parking lot areas to maintain cleanliness and order.

This is a full-time role with a schedule typically from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though days may vary. The pay rate is $24.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position within the healthcare environment. Previous customer service experience is required to ensure excellent interaction with hospital visitors and patients. A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate a range of vehicles are essential qualifications. Joining Crothall Healthcare means becoming part of a respected healthcare services leader dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that values every team member’s contribution.

In addition to competitive wage offerings, Crothall Healthcare supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package that promotes well-being, financial security, and work-life balance. Full-time associates gain access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, alongside disability and commuter benefits. Voluntary benefits available include various insurance options such as critical illness and accident coverage, legal services, and pet insurance.
