Job Description

Table Mountain Casino Resort is a premier entertainment and hospitality destination known for its dynamic gaming experiences, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional customer service. Located in a vibrant region, the resort offers a comprehensive range of amenities including fine dining, live entertainment, and event spaces that cater to a diverse clientele seeking both excitement and relaxation. As a leader in the hospitality industry, Table Mountain Casino Resort commits to maintaining high standards of safety, security, and guest satisfaction through well-trained staff and efficient operations.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the Table Mountain Casino Resort team as a Valet Attendant. Under the general direction of the Valet Supervisor, the individual in this position is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles while delivering friendly and prompt service. The Valet Attendant acts as the first point of physical contact for guests arriving at the resort, setting the tone for a memorable customer experience through warm greetings and professional conduct.

The duties encompass greeting guests, collecting vehicle keys securely, and parking cars in designated areas while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines. Beyond vehicle management, the position includes assisting guests with their luggage and maintaining clean, organized valet service areas. This multifaceted role requires attention to detail in completing parking tickets and managing records of vehicle arrivals and departures. Valet Attendants also contribute to traffic flow control within parking areas to ensure smooth operations.

The resort emphasizes delivering personalized and engaging service. Valet Attendants are expected to recognize and anticipate guest needs, providing helpful information about transportation options and resort promotions. They are required to maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the resort's commitment to top-tier hospitality. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, with availability needed for morning, mid-day, evening, and night shifts including weekends and holidays.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmissions in a sometimes congested environment. The role also involves physical activities such as standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing duties both indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively.

The resort requires candidates to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, background investigation, and obtain a gaming license, underscoring the importance of integrity and reliability. This position does not have direct reports but grants access to sensitive areas including casino and hotel guest vehicles and storage zones when authorized.

Working at Table Mountain Casino Resort means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellent service, safety, and guest satisfaction. The Valet Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring every guest's arrival and departure experience is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism, contributing to the resort's reputation as a leading hospitality destination.
