Employing over 14,000 team members, the company prides itself on delivering personalized, attentive, and efficient services that enhance the everyday lives of millions of guests annually. Towne's commitment to excellence extends beyond just providing functional parking solutions; it encompasses hospitality, safety, and community enhancement through their integrated service platform.

The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne is integral to the company’s mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences. This part-time position, typically covering PM shifts, offers an hourly pay starting at $15.50 plus tips, reflecting the company’s dedication to fair and competitive compensation. The Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne, representing the company through courteous, professional, and friendly interactions with guests. Responsibilities include the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assistance with luggage services such as delivery and pick-up, and providing comprehensive information about the facility as well as local amenities and attractions. The role demands a high level of attentiveness and hospitality, requiring associates to greet guests warmly within five feet, use appropriate salutations, and address guests by their last names when interacting.

Additionally, the position involves accurately handling parking procedures, including issuing claim checks, managing ticket information, and calculating revenues where applicable. Associates are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Towne encourages teamwork and safety, emphasizing the importance of cautious driving practices during vehicle handling and offering support services like shuttle assistance when needed. The company supports its employees by offering a suite of benefits including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurances, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan. While eligibility depends on the classification, length of employment, and hours worked, Towne is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits to its workforce. The role requires physical stamina as it involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, occasional lifting, and the ability to manage multiple physical demands such as walking, standing, reaching, and crouching. Overall, the Guest Service Associate position is ideal for individuals who are customer-service oriented, physically active, and keen to contribute to a team focused on delivering top-notch hospitality and parking services in a dynamic environment.
