The schedule requires open availability, with operations running from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week. Employees have access to multiple benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification and tenure. Seasonal and temporary workers are excluded from most benefits. Towne Park emphasizes reasonable accommodations to support associates with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive workplace environment. Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, and occasional heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, often in outdoor conditions across varied weather.
