Physically, the position demands the ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally run or lift weights up to 100 pounds, often while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The Guest Service Associate must be capable of performing tasks that require good vision, balance, and manual dexterity, including operating a manual transmission and performing parallel parking, which is highly desirable.

Overall, this role is designed for individuals who take pride in customer service, operate with high integrity and attention to detail, and enjoy a dynamic work environment where they can directly impact the guest experience.
