Job Requirements

  • valid driver's license required
  • reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • ability to pass a background check
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, professional valet service
  • assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval
  • answer guest questions and provide directions when needed
  • safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
  • conduct vehicle damage inspections upon arrival
  • record parking locations on valet claim tickets
  • follow proper key handling and vehicle security procedures
  • follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
  • maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping
  • report tips according to company policy
  • maintain a clean and organized valet area
  • support team members to ensure smooth operations
  • arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional appearance
