The Valet Attendant role at LAZ Parking is critical to the company's continued success and reputation. Valet Attendants are the first and last points of contact for customers, so maintaining a warm welcome and professional demeanor is essential. The company is currently hiring immediately for Valet Attendants in Worcester, MA, offering shifts that include mornings, evenings, and overnight coverage. With a base pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, plus a $300 bonus after 80 hours worked, and daily cash tips, this role provides a competitive compensation package. Valet Attendants will work primarily at some of the most prestigious hotels in San Antonio and downtown locations, benefiting from partnerships that ensure a dynamic and engaging work environment. Responsibilities involve safely parking client vehicles, ensuring attention to detail, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout their interaction with the company. Physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions are necessary. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Obtain a valid driver’s license and have held it for 2 years
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong customer service experience
- Willingness to work outdoors in heat, wind, snow, and rain
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently
