From warmly greeting members with a smile to carefully maneuvering vehicles in a congested parking lot, the valet attendant plays a crucial role in the overall guest experience.\n\nIn addition to driving duties, attendants are responsible for managing the logistics of vehicle retrieval, ensuring timely service as guests return to their cars. They also maintain communication with members, defuse conflicts with professionalism, and uphold strict standards of appearance and conduct that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence. This role demands excellent customer service skills, punctuality, and the flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.\n\nCompensation for the Valet Attendant role ranges from $17.13 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of this position within the company’s operational framework. TBCC values the contributions of every employee and provides ongoing training and support to help team members grow and succeed. In return, employees are expected to embody the company’s code of culture and deliver service that is service forward, ruthlessly consistent, and always doing the right thing.\n\nOverall, the Valet Attendant position at TBCC offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a team-focused environment and are passionate about providing top-notch service. It is a hands-on role that demands attentiveness to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to the company’s values and customer service standards.
