The role of Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living is integral to the community’s hospitality and safety operations. As a Valet Attendant, you will join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring the safe parking and retrieval of residents' and guests' vehicles in the on-site parking garage. This position is scheduled for Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Sunday and Monday from 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm, requiring reliability and flexibility in attendance. The ideal candidate is someone who is empathetic, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a physically active environment. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
- ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
- willingness to learn and adapt
- positive and team-oriented attitude
- dependable attendance
- ability to complete required pre-employment screenings including background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB testing
Job Qualifications

- completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings as required by law
Job Duties
- ensure safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
- provide parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, record location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket
- make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary
- assist with package delivery within the community as needed
