Job Duties

  • maintain complete knowledge of house count, golf guest information, Iris restaurant basics
  • maintain complete knowledge of features and services of the property
  • maintain complete knowledge of hours of operation for each outlet
  • maintain complete knowledge of parking facilities, layout and procedures
  • maintain complete knowledge of valet services and status
  • maintain complete knowledge of scheduled daily group activities and resort functions
  • greet and welcome all guests in an enthusiastic, professional manner
  • provide valet services to each clubhouse guest
  • park guest vehicles in designated areas respectfully and timely
  • assist guests with property orientation and educate about amenities
  • complete opening and closing checklists
  • work varying schedule including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • manage workflow effectively and in an organized manner
  • maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles including golf carts
  • maintain guest privacy
  • handle multiple tasks effectively
  • incorporate safe work practices
  • maintain professional standards including appearance and interaction
