The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a customer-focused position responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality services to guests in a courteous, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting guests with luggage handling including delivery and pick up, and providing general assistance and information related to the facility and its surroundings. A typical work schedule is full-time Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm or 11 am to 7 pm, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
