Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of supervisory experience in parking or hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean background check
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional travel
  • Capacity to perform physical duties including standing and lifting
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years supervisory experience in parking or hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in financial oversight including payroll and budget management
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Proficiency in operational reporting and client management

Job Duties

  • Manage daily valet operations and staff scheduling
  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
  • Oversee financial aspects including revenue monitoring and payroll management
  • Recruit, train, and coach valet staff to ensure service excellence
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain operations and address issues
  • Provide detailed reports and updates to management
  • Perform valet duties when necessary to support team and operations
