Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of supervisory experience in parking or hospitality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional travel
- Capacity to perform physical duties including standing and lifting
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years supervisory experience in parking or hospitality
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in financial oversight including payroll and budget management
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Proficiency in operational reporting and client management
Job Duties
- Manage daily valet operations and staff scheduling
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
- Oversee financial aspects including revenue monitoring and payroll management
- Recruit, train, and coach valet staff to ensure service excellence
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain operations and address issues
- Provide detailed reports and updates to management
- Perform valet duties when necessary to support team and operations
