The role also includes light clerical responsibilities, event coordination support, monitoring emergency response systems, and ensuring that the front of the community adheres to the company's standards of appearance and hospitality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting
  • Ability to interact courteously and friendly with guests, residents and staff
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to follow instructions and company policies
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required

Job Duties

  • Cheerfully greet guests and residents and sincerely thank them upon exit
  • Act as the first impression to community guests by parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely
  • Explain valet parking procedures and provide instructions for other guest parking options
  • Fill in at the concierge desk performing duties such as scheduling transportation services, taking dining services requests, submitting work order requests, and making reservations for community events
  • Help coordinate set-up and break-down of events and activities
  • Perform light clerical duties
  • Act as back-up for answering outside calls
  • Monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours
  • Ensure the front of the community meets company standards for "First Impressions"
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
