Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in sales or customer service
- availability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- ability to pass background and drug screening as required by state and local laws
- physical ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- strong motivation and interpersonal skills

- ability to interact with guests in person or by phone
- concierge or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations
- provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- ensure all owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- welcome and greet guests while anticipating and addressing their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contribute to team goals and always follow company policies and safety procedures
