The role of Coordinator Marketing In House at Marriott Vacations Worldwide is designed for those who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales within a dynamic and supportive team setting. This position involves organizing and scheduling sales presentations, managing customer expectations, and ensuring that sales activities meet or exceed budgeted goals. The Coordinator will engage with owners and guests, ensuring their eligibility for presentations while providing a welcoming and professional environment. They will use persuasive yet respectful sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining strong guest loyalty. As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will work various shifts including holidays and weekends to meet the needs of guests and the business. Your typical tasks will include greeting guests warmly, anticipating and addressing their needs, and interacting with colleagues professionally. Marriott Vacations Worldwide values motivated individuals with experience in sales or customer service who enjoy guest interaction in person or by phone. Concierge or sales experience is preferred, and candidates should be prepared to undergo background and drug screening in compliance with local regulations. Physical requirements for this role involve some bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in sales or customer service
- availability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- ability to pass background and drug screening as required by state and local laws
- physical ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- strong motivation and interpersonal skills
