As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, your role is multifaceted and centered around creating meaningful connections with potential vacation owners. You will be the face of Hilton Grand Vacations in Bass Pro Shops, engaging customers with enthusiasm and professionalism while delivering compelling presentations about the advantages and benefits of vacation ownership. This position requires a person who is a natural communicator with the ability to build trust quickly and understand guests' travel interests and goals. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
  • One year of sales experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
  • Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of vacation ownership
  • Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages
  • Participate in training to sharpen your skills and stay informed on our offerings
