The position of Utility Worker at Monarch Communities is a critical role within the culinary team, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position that plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen environment. Utility Workers are entrusted with general cleaning duties including washing equipment and utensils used in meal preparation, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and meets stringent health and safety standards. The role requires an individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment and who understands the importance of following written and verbal instructions precisely. This position helps create a seamless dining experience not only for the residents but also supports the staff by maintaining a safe and organized kitchen area.
