As a Utility Steward at Hilton, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the kitchen and dining areas while contributing to the guest experience. This position is integral to the seamless delivery of services that uphold Hilton's high standards of hospitality. Your responsibilities include cleaning serviceware such as chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, ensuring all kitchen items are spotless and ready for use. You'll also monitor stock levels, keeping supplies organized and well stocked for smooth service. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness through activities like mopping floors and removing trash, which ensures a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and staff. In addition, you will support event delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions, helping to create memorable dining experiences for guests. Training and mentoring new team members is another important duty, as you will share your expertise to help strengthen team performance and foster a culture of excellence.
