AEG has been a leader in the sports and live entertainment industry for more than 20 years, playing a pivotal role in transforming the way people experience events worldwide. Hosting more than 160 million guests annually, promoting over 10,000 shows, and presenting more than 22,000 events across the globe, AEG epitomizes a commitment to innovation, artistry, and community. The company leverages the power of its extensive network of over 300 venues, leading sports franchises, marquee music brands, integrated entertainment districts, premier ticketing platforms, and global sponsorships to create memorable experiences that inspire and entertain audiences across a wide variety of live events. AEG is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the vibrant communities, artists, athletes, and fans it serves, while also embracing sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact throughout its operations.

This role is an excellent opportunity to join AEG as an Usher within the Guest Services team. The Usher plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service at all events by providing guests with directions, scanning tickets, greeting attendees, assisting them in locating their seats, and ensuring smooth entry and access control. The position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of the venue layout, and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people, including accommodating guests with disabilities according to ADA standards. This part-time position offers a competitive pay scale ranging from $14.81 to $17.00 per hour and requires flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays. While this role is not eligible for a bonus, it provides meaningful experience within a globally respected live entertainment company. This position is onsite, providing the opportunity to be part of thrilling live events and contribute directly to creating enjoyable and safe experiences for guests at world-class venues. Joining AEG means becoming part of a team that gives the world reason to cheer by supporting artists, athletes, and fans through exceptional event service and engagement.
