Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframes
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and members
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Six months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to use digital tools and technology for business operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
  • Supervisory experience (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Supervises the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing members needs to deliver on the business plan
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of business operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance
  • Manages production seasonality by understanding new products, recipes, processes, and production specifications
  • Collaborates with associates and third parties to ensure resources and training are available
  • Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
  • Drives business results through operational excellence, staffing, compliance, audits, and merchandise presentation
  • Teaches, trains, and mentors the team while promoting career growth and talent sourcing
