Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery products
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and drug-free workplace rules

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production bakery area
  • Experience with cake decorating preferred
  • Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Proficient with digital tools and handheld technology
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support member service
  • Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Use decorative tools to create flowers and lettering on bakery items
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Leverage handheld technology to improve sales and production decisions
  • Drive quality and date control standards while minimizing waste
