- Knowledge of bakery production and cake decorating
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency in using bakery equipment and digital tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency in bakery products
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan and execute bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy
- Create decorative designs on bakery items using decorating bags, tips, and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
