Job Requirements
- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of mandatory job training and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle physical demands of bakery production
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months' experience in a fresh production area
- Demonstrated cake decorating skills preferred
- Ability to collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience using handheld technology for business operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support member service
- Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality
- Use decorating tools and techniques to create decorative flowers, lettering, and designs on bakery items
- Maintain adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and training
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues promptly
