Clinics operate daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with 12-plus hour shifts that may vary depending on patient flow. Weekend coverage is required, ensuring continuous patient care across all locations. The assignment begins as soon as the candidate is credentialed, with credentialing expected to take between 60 to 90 days. Providers will also perform epistaxis management, cerumen impaction removal, and provide airway support including the use of nebulizer treatments and initial emergency stabilization.

The position demands at least one year of relevant clinical experience in emergency, primary care, or urgent care settings. Applicants must hold an active Virginia medical license, a DEA license, and current Basic Life Support certification. The role emphasizes a clean professional background, free of malpractice or licensure issues, underscoring the importance of medical professionalism and integrity.
