The Jupiter Supper Club is currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our passionate Food & Beverage Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive an outstanding experience that goes beyond merely serving food and beverages. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic about creating enjoyable atmospheres and exceeding guest expectations through attentive service, product knowledge, and seamless communication with both guests and kitchen staff. As a Server at the Jupiter Supper Club, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring every detail of the guest’s experience is carefully managed from ordering to payment. You will engage with guests to provide insightful information about our offerings and help enhance their visit by upselling additional items where appropriate. Attention to detail is critical, including checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages and maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of dining areas. Your ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in delivering timely and accurate service.
This position requires prior experience in the food service industry, with a strong foundation in teamwork, communication, and money-handling skills. Familiarity with TOAST POS is preferred, as it will facilitate order management in our high-energy environment. We also require you to possess up-to-date TABC and Food Handlers Certifications and bring wine and beverage knowledge to enrich the guest’s dining experience. Job Requirements
- Must have prior food service experience as a server
- Must showcase teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly
- Must be able to multitask and act quickly
- Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts
- Knowledge of TOAST POS preferred
- TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required

Job Duties
- Greeting, seating, and escorting guests
- Providing menu recommendations and additional information
- Upselling additional products when appropriate
- Checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
- Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization
- Communicating order details to the kitchen staff
- Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion
- Delivering checks and collecting bill payments
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware
- Providing exceptional customer experience
