Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-volume scratch kitchens
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret financial reports

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial reports and profit and loss statements

Job Duties

  • Ensure all recipes and food preparation follow standard guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain high food quality standards through audits
  • Oversee timely execution of all kitchen orders and catering services
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain low food cost without compromising quality
  • Collaborate daily with home office and other managers
  • Lead, motivate, and coach kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage kitchen profitability through understanding all profit and loss elements
