The Unit Chef role at Constellation in Philadelphia presents an exciting opportunity to lead the back-of-house (BOH) department in an engaging and culturally rich environment. This position requires a passionate culinary professional with at least five years of management experience who can oversee retail and catering culinary operations successfully. The Unit Chef will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing culinary operations with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. The role requires close collaboration with district managers and other departments to ensure seamless dining service every day.
