  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage and control food costs effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service
  • Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff
  • Performing inventory management and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Managing food cost controls and budgeting effectively
  • Training and mentoring kitchen team members
