- High school diploma or GED
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to work on ladders
- ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom by repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- availability to work an average of 12 or more hours per week
- availability to work weekends with religious exemptions considered
