This position involves serving as a welcoming presence and key facilitator for guests arriving at the property. The role is crucial in setting the tone for guests' experiences, as it involves greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and providing detailed information about property amenities, local attractions, and services. The hourly rate for this role is $16.50, reflecting the value Hyatt places on outstanding service and professionalism. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms
  • open doors and assist owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
  • identify and explain room features to guests
  • transport guest luggage to and from villa/guest rooms and designated bell areas
  • assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • assist owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
  • supply owners/guests with directions
  • arrange transportation such as taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service and record advance transportation requests as needed
  • communicate parking procedures to owners/guests/visitors
