The Union Assistant Server, also known as the Server Assistant or Busser, is a pivotal role within Hyatt Vacation Ownership's food and beverage team. This position is full-time and seasonal, offering an hourly rate of 17.60 dollars. The role focuses on supporting servers by assisting with guest services throughout the dining experience, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a smooth flow of food and beverage service.
