The Twin Peaks Girl Host position is pivotal in shaping the guest experience at Twin Peaks. A critical aspect of this position is adherence to the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines, which define the brand’s visual and service standards, including the distinctive costume the host must wear while working. The host must demonstrate a fun, lively personality while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. This role may sometimes include participation in themed costume parties promoted by the company, which are optional but contribute to the overall guest experience and lively atmosphere.
In addition to guest interaction and sales, the host manages seating and rotation using Host Concepts technology, ensuring efficient and smooth operations during busy periods. Responsibilities extend to accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, checking back with guests for additional needs, pre-bussing tables, and settling checks properly. Training and orientation are provided to prepare the Twin Peaks Girl Host to perform these duties independently and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

- Ability to mathematically compute proper change
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
- Must comply with Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines while working
- Must be able to use a computerized register system
- Must have the stamina and interpersonal skills to entertain guests effectively
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
- Must be able to suggestively sell menu items
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in order to entertain
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
- Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training
- Must attend and successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Adhering to all presentation guidelines
- Interaction with and entertainment of guests
- Promotion of events and specials that promote the good will and profitability of the business
- Maintaining proper seating/rotation utilizing Host Concepts
- Best-in-class service and hospitality, greeting guests, executing food and drink orders including taking the order, suggestive selling, ringing in the order, delivering food and drinks to the table, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling the check properly
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
