As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative with Upgrid's Texas Travel Team, your mission will be to engage directly with homeowners, identify potential battery backup upgrade opportunities, and effectively communicate the benefits of this battery-only energy program. Your focus will be on closing sales that empower homeowners to achieve greater energy reliability, independence, and efficiency. The role requires a proactive approach in door knocking, building rapport quickly, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets operating on a 3 weeks on/1 week off travel rotation throughout various Texas markets. Transportation support is provided for team members based in Waco, and housing is included to enable full focus on sales performance without the stress of accommodation expenses.
