MedPro Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Nurse RN specializing in Critical Care Float for a 13-week travel nursing assignment located in Worcester, Massachusetts. This travel nursing position requires a 48-hour workweek, offering 12-hour shifts that span days and nights, suitable for nurses who thrive in dynamic, high-intensity environments. The role is designed for registered nurses who have advanced skills and knowledge in managing critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and interventions. The travel nurse will be working with one of MedPro's top healthcare clients known for their commitment to quality patient care and professional nursing practice.

The ideal candidate for this position must hold an active RN license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. They must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications along with at least eighteen months of recent acute care Intensive Care Unit experience. This experience is critical to ensure the nurse can provide expert care for patients requiring life-supporting equipment and emergency interventions. Duties involve patient assessment, administration of medications and IVs, operation of ventilators, diligent patient monitoring, supporting the patient’s family, and participating in emergency procedures including precise CPR execution.
