Working in a virtual call center environment, agents handle approximately 1-2 inbound calls per hour, guiding clients through the booking process, managing reservation changes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-booking follow-up. Success in this role will be measured by consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales goals while adhering to the company0s Customer Connection methodology, which focuses on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable vacations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency with multiple computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with discipline and motivation
- Suitable home workspace with reliable internet connection
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a sales role with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems including CRM tools, chat, email, and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in outbound follow-up
