The company has earned a solid reputation for reliability and dedication by consistently providing highly skilled, experienced, and professional nurses and allied health professionals to hospitals nationwide. Innovent Global’s success is built on a team approach, where recruiters, account managers, compliance officers, operations directors, and housing coordinators collaborate to ensure a seamless, supportive, and rewarding staffing experience for every nurse they place.
Currently, Innovent Global is seeking a seasoned Travel Nurse RN Manager to join their team in Reno, Nevada, for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nursing manager with a strong background in critical care and ICU settings to lead nursing teams in a Level I or II healthcare facility. The position entails working 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, providing an ideal work schedule for professionals dedicated to maintaining high standards of patient care and team leadership within a travel nursing framework.
The Travel Nurse RN Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and effectively managing patient care delivery in a critical care environment. Candidates must possess at least five years of managerial experience in Level I or II facilities, coupled with specialized expertise in critical care or ICU nursing. This assignment combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical oversight, making it perfect for experienced nurses who seek a challenging, dynamic role in a new location.
Innovent Global offers a competitive pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend, which will be confirmed upon hire. This carefully structured compensation plan, along with comprehensive benefits, supports the professional and personal well-being of their travel nursing staff. As part of the Innovent team, the selected candidate will benefit from the agency’s comprehensive support system, including assistance with housing arrangements and dedicated personnel to ensure credential compliance and continuous career development.
Joining Innovent Global means becoming part of a supportive network that values integrity, excellence, and a team-oriented approach to healthcare staffing. Their expansive network of healthcare facilities and commitment to employee satisfaction make them an excellent choice for nurses eager to advance their careers through travel nursing. With their strong presence in the industry and a robust infrastructure supporting both full-time and part-time employees, Innovent Global ensures a rewarding, stable, and growth-oriented employment experience for every nurse they place.
