MedPro Healthcare Staffing is currently looking for a dedicated travel nurse Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Case Management for a 13-week assignment in Fall River, Massachusetts. This role is a travel nursing position with a defined start date and requires 40 hours per week, consisting of eight-hour day shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care case management setting and hold an active RN license along with BLS certification.

The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuity of care for patients by acting as a liaison between the patient’s family and healthcare organization. The role exists within various healthcare settings such as health maintenance organizations (HMOs), community health organizations, long-term care facilities, behavioral health programs, rehabilitation centers, schools, and case management companies.
