Job Requirements

  • Valid RN license
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
  • Prior leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Availability to start on July 21, 2025
  • Willingness to work a 9-week travel assignment
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during day shifts
  • Compliance with all healthcare and facility policies

Job Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably as a Director of Nursing
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices and healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and inspire a diverse nursing team
  • Experience with travel nursing assignments is a plus
  • Proficient in healthcare management software and reporting tools

Job Duties

  • Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
  • Manage and develop nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
