Job Description

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is a reputable healthcare staffing agency dedicated to connecting highly qualified healthcare professionals with medical facilities across the United States. Established in 1999, Cuready has built a strong legacy based on integrity, service excellence, and commitment to quality patient care. The company prides itself on its experienced recruiting team comprised of former healthcare professionals who have firsthand knowledge of clinical environments. This expertise allows Cuready to effectively advocate for both healthcare providers and client facilities, ensuring successful placements and positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Cuready Healthcare Staffing specializes in providing flexible staffing solutions tailored to the diverse needs of hospitals, clinics, long-term care centers, outpatient services, and specialized medical units. The agency offers a broad spectrum of employment opportunities, including temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent placements, with a keen focus on travel nursing roles. Its comprehensive support system guides healthcare professionals throughout their onboarding and assignment processes, enhancing job satisfaction and retention.

For this particular opportunity, Cuready is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join a healthcare facility in Seattle, Washington, on a travel assignment basis. This role is specifically designed for experienced NICU nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to critically ill neonates in a Level III or IV neonatal intensive care setting. The assignment starts on June 29, 2026, spans 13 weeks, and involves working 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts scheduled three days a week.

The position offers a competitive weekly pay range from $1,976.44 to $2,258.78, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. Nurses accepted for this role will have the opportunity to utilize their clinical expertise in managing complex neonatal conditions, including ventilator and respiratory support using CPAP, BiPAP, High Frequency Vents, and Oscillators. Additional responsibilities include the administration of blood products, management of PICC and central lines, and active participation in high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries.

The NICU RN will also be expected to float among different campuses and units, including pediatric units, enhancing their versatility and experience. This travel nursing position is an excellent chance for dedicated neonatal nurses to gain diverse clinical exposure while enjoying flexible scheduling and comprehensive support from Cuready Healthcare Staffing. Nurses interested in this opportunity should possess current BLS and NRP certifications, have strong proficiency in neonatal dosage calculations, and be experienced with ventilator management. Additionally, familiarity with the Epic charting system is preferred.

Joining Cuready Healthcare Staffing means becoming part of a supportive network committed to career growth, work-life balance, and professional excellence in healthcare. The agency fosters an environment of equal opportunity, valuing diversity and inclusion, and offers flexible scheduling options tailored to nurses' lifestyles. Candidates interested in advancing their careers in neonatal nursing with a leading travel healthcare staffing agency are encouraged to apply for this role.
