We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Case Management for a travel assignment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position offers a 13-week travel contract starting on August 25, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during daytime shifts of 8 hours each. As a Case Management RN, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the continuity of care for patients, acting as a vital liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare system. Your responsibilities will span a variety of healthcare settings including HMOs, community health organizations, long-term care facilities, behavioral health programs, rehabilitation centers, and schools.
