The current opportunity is for a travel Echo Technologist to join a facility in Madera, California, on a 13-week travel contract. This role is designed for experienced Echo Technologists who specialize in cardiac sonography, providing vital diagnostic imaging services that focus on the heart’s anatomy and function. As an Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing ultrasound and other imaging tools to generate detailed images of the heart, inspecting the chambers, walls, and valves to assist physicians in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions. This full-time role requires working 40 hours per week on day shifts, each shift lasting 8 hours.
This travel position offers several attractive benefits to support candidates throughout their assignment. A competitive travel bonus of $600 is provided to help with relocation or travel expenses. Stability Healthcare also offers day one health insurance coverage through United Healthcare, ensuring that the candidate has immediate access to medical benefits without delay. Additionally, the paid time off (PTO) plan allows employees to start accruing PTO from day one, which they can use during their contract or cash out at the end. In cases where the facility calls the employee off, a guaranteed stipend is offered as compensation. An extra hour bonus program rewards professionals who work beyond their contracted hours, providing an additional hourly bonus. The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week and includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. This role demands a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in echocardiography or cardiac sonography.
