The current opening is for a travel Cardiac Sonographer located in Salinas, California. This is an exciting travel assignment with a starting date of July 6, 2026, lasting 13 weeks. The position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts. Cardiac Sonographers will play a critical role as the primary resource for all technical aspects related to heart imaging procedures. This involves providing clear and precise images of the heart and surrounding vascular areas, accurately taking measurements, noting any abnormalities, and interpreting imaging results in collaboration with attending physicians. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and training in cardiac sonography and be proficient in the use of diagnostic imaging equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Certified cardiac sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year clinical experience in cardiac sonography
  • ability to work rotating shifts
  • availability for a 13-week travel assignment
  • legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • strong technical skills in ultrasound imaging
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Certification in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography (RDCS) or equivalent
  • previous experience as a cardiac sonographer
