Ally Waste is currently hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets. This role offers a flexible side job opportunity for individuals who own an open-bed pickup truck and are seeking extra income through a short evening schedule. The position involves walking through apartment communities each evening to collect tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the designated dumpster area. Working independently outdoors in all weather conditions, employees play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and smooth operation of apartment complexes. The evening shifts run from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 8 PM, typically lasting one to two hours per night, totaling around five to ten hours weekly. Pay ranges from $50 to $65 per night, allowing workers to earn a significant supplemental income while managing their other daytime commitments.

Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance listing them as a covered driver, and importantly must have reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck. The role requires physical activity including the ability to carry up to 30 pounds, walk stairs, and remain active for the duration of the shift. To support safety, Ally Waste provides personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests. Workers also use a company app to take and upload photos as part of their procedural tasks.
