Currently, Ally Waste is seeking part-time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, who possess an open-bed pickup truck and are interested in a simple side job with flexible evening hours. This role is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income on a part-time basis, working typically five nights a week from Sunday to Thursday. The shift begins at 7 pm and usually lasts between one to two hours per night, allowing for approximately five to ten hours of work weekly. The compensation ranges from $50 to $100 per night, providing a lucrative opportunity for those who prefer short evening shifts.

As a Trash Valet, your primary responsibility will be to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps within the assigned communities and transport them to designated dumpsters. This work is critical for supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of residential areas, ensuring properties remain attractive and comfortable for tenants. The job requires walking outdoors in various weather conditions and following safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests provided by the company. This position demands a degree of physical stamina as it involves carrying trash bags that may weigh up to 30 pounds and frequently walking stairs and outdoor pathways. Applicants must have reliable transportation, specifically an open-bed pickup truck, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance listing them as a covered driver. A smartphone is also necessary to interact with the company’s app effectively.
