Job Description

Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling provider specializing in servicing apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities throughout the United States. With an emphasis on maintaining clean and orderly environments for residents, Ally Waste has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. The company prides itself on nurturing a respectful and supportive workplace culture where every team member is valued and empowered. Ally Waste believes that the individuals directly delivering services are the cornerstone of their success, thus they invest in their employees' development and well-being, fostering opportunities for growth and leadership within the organization.

Currently, Ally Waste is seeking part-time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, who possess an open-bed pickup truck and are interested in a simple side job with flexible evening hours. This role is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income on a part-time basis, working typically five nights a week from Sunday to Thursday. The shift begins at 7 pm and usually lasts between one to two hours per night, allowing for approximately five to ten hours of work weekly. The compensation ranges from $50 to $100 per night, providing a lucrative opportunity for those who prefer short evening shifts.

As a Trash Valet, your primary responsibility will be to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps within the assigned communities and transport them to designated dumpsters. This work is critical for supporting the upkeep and cleanliness of residential areas, ensuring properties remain attractive and comfortable for tenants. The job requires walking outdoors in various weather conditions and following safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests provided by the company. Additionally, you will be required to document your work through photos using the company app, which helps maintain quality control and accountability.

This position demands a degree of physical stamina as it involves carrying trash bags that may weigh up to 30 pounds and frequently walking stairs and outdoor pathways. Applicants must have reliable transportation, specifically an open-bed pickup truck, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance listing them as a covered driver. A smartphone is also necessary to interact with the company’s app effectively. The role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and contributing to community cleanliness on a part-time evening schedule.

Ally Waste stands out as a great employer by offering weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit, guaranteed time off on all major holidays, and providing the essential safety gear required to perform duties securely. Beyond the immediate financial benefits, employees have opportunities for career advancement within the company and may become eligible for a 401k plan after 90 days of employment. This role not only serves as an excellent way to earn supplemental income but also gives workers the satisfaction of performing meaningful work that directly enhances the living experience of apartment residents.

If you are seeking a flexible, rewarding side job with a company that values hard work and respect toward its workers and clients, Ally Waste invites you to apply. Be part of a growing team that plays a vital role in keeping communities cleaner, residents happier, and properties running smoothly.
