We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Trash Collector to join our dynamic team. This part-time position operates during night shifts starting at 7 pm, with a competitive pay structure offering $50 to $60 per night, depending on location. Unlike traditional hourly wage jobs, this pay is based on the night’s work, providing a straightforward compensation model for dedicated employees.

The Trash Collector, also referred to as trash valet, plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of apartment complexes by collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpsters. This role applies basic operational protocols and uses personal protective equipment to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment. Trash Collectors also contribute to client communication by taking and emailing daily photo reports. The position demands physical activity including walking and stair climbing for extended periods and requires the ability to carry trash bags weighing up to 30 pounds.
