Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- one to two years transportation experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- valid state driver's license
- excellent driving record
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints
- ability to present information effectively
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- ability to define problems and draw conclusions
- ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, run, sit, use hands
- occasional reaching, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
- regularly exposed to outside weather
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- noise level is moderate
- may be exposed to smoke-filled environment on casino floor
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- supervise and direct the operations of the valet, shuttle, limousine, and bell departments on assigned shift
- maintain appropriate staffing levels by interviewing, recommending for hire, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating team members
- observe activities and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- oversee cost-efficiency, staffing, and uniform standards
- assist in investigating accidents and recommend appropriate actions
- resolve customer and team member complaints
- maintain accurate departmental records and reports
- usher for events as needed
- perform any reasonable requests made by management
