Customer service remains a focal point, with the manager expected to cultivate professional relationships with franchisees, store managers, and leasing company representatives, ensuring exemplary customer service through guidance and model behavior. Responding promptly to customer concerns, participating in advisory boards, conducting site evaluations, and occasionally operating company vehicles complete the operational spectrum of this leadership role. This comprehensive, multifaceted position demands a skilled professional with exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities to drive the company's delivery and service excellence.
