The Training Senior Manager, GxP Operations Support, at Vertex is a pivotal role within the Vertex Manufacturing Center, specifically tailored to support small molecule internal manufacturing and testing operations. This position is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of comprehensive training programs that align closely with the company’s manufacturing goals and regulatory requirements. The individual will be tasked with developing innovative training approaches including workshops and on-the-job training, and evaluating training effectiveness through metrics and feedback. The job is on-site, requiring physical presence at the manufacturing center five days a week, with some limited flexibility.
