One of its flagship operations is managing iconic venues such as TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, which is home to the Boston Bruins of the NHL and the Boston Celtics of the NBA. Delaware North’s commitment to excellence and employee development has helped it build a legacy of quality service and innovation across its diverse operations.

This job opportunity is for a part-time Bartender position at TD Garden, specifically situated on the ground floor in the North Station MBTA platform concourse. As a Train Bar Bartender, you will play a key role in providing excellent guest experiences by responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This role is integral to maintaining smooth and efficient bar service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment during a variety of sporting events and entertainment shows. This is a tipped position with an hourly minimum wage starting at $10.40 per hour, excluding any potential tip earnings. The position requires the ability to handle cash and credit transactions, mix drinks according to company recipes, and ensure compliance with all alcohol service policies.

Delaware North values the well-being and professional growth of its employees. It offers flexible work schedules to accommodate various lifestyles and provides weekly pay to support team members’ financial needs. Additionally, eligible team members can access a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. Working at Delaware North means joining a company invested in your success and growth, with opportunities available in iconic venues and diverse sectors worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling drink orders for guests and servers, managing payments accurately, and maintaining bar stock. You will serve beverages responsibly by checking identification and adhering strictly to alcohol service policies. The job requires constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions, as well as occasional lifting of stock items weighing up to 50 pounds. The environment can be moderately to highly noisy during peak times, so the ability to focus and work efficiently is crucial.

For candidates with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in one of Boston’s most vibrant venues, this bartender role presents an excellent opportunity to be part of an experienced team where you can thrive in a dynamic atmosphere while contributing to memorable guest experiences.
