The Traffic Coordinator role at Towne Park is a critical position responsible for the efficient and safe direction of vehicular traffic in assigned areas, ensuring that all patients and guests receive exceptional hospitality and service. This role involves managing the flow of vehicles, issuing valet parking tickets in accordance with company protocols and mystery shop standards, and providing assistance to guests including handling their luggage during arrival and departure when applicable. This dynamic position requires a professional who can maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times while upholding site management's parking policies and procedures.
As a Traffic Coordinator, you will act as a welcoming face at the location, greeting guests using their last names appropriately and assisting with inquiries and directions. Maintaining composure and accuracy under pressure is essential, as is the ability to use proper telephone etiquette. The role involves standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks such as running to park or retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently. Attention to detail is important since you will be accountable for maintaining claim checks, managing guest folios, and collecting pertinent data related to parking operations.
Towne Park offers competitive compensation, with an hourly base pay of $15, and a work schedule primarily Monday through Friday during morning hours. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and write standard English language

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience if no HS diploma or GED
- knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with numbers and money
- understanding of 24-hour and military time
- customer service experience preferred
- register and computer experience preferred
- ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to patients and guests
