Traffic Management LLC is currently hiring for the position of Flagger/Traffic Controller. This role is critical in ensuring road safety through the effective management of road closures and traffic flow around work zones. Working as a Flagger/Traffic Controller means being at the forefront of protecting both pedestrians and motorists by deploying safety equipment such as cones and barricades, and managing two-way flagging operations using stop and slow signs. This position requires a hands-on approach, supporting traffic safety by directing vehicles safely through or around construction and maintenance zones. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for 3 years and clear motor vehicle record
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Availability during business hours and nights/weekends on-call
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6-12 hours per day
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to pass drug test excluding THC
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Minimum age of 18

Job Duties

  • Manage various road closures to ensure safety
  • Use cones and barricades to close off roads

  • Complete reports and other necessary duties
  • Maintain safety compliance at all times
